合同履约期限：本项目一招三年，合同每年一签，预算为一年金额。合同期限为一年，经年末考核通过可续签，最多续签两次。

The Contract Period: This project is tendered for a three-year period, with contracts signed annually and the budget allocated on a yearly basis. The contract term is one year, renewable upon passing the annual performance evaluation, with a maximum of two renewals.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本采购项目推行节能产品、环境标志产品政府采购，促进中小企业、监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位发展，扶持不发达地区和少数民族地区等相关政策。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This procurement project implements government procurement policies for energy-saving products and environmentally labeled products, promotes the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, prison enterprises, and disability welfare organizations, and supports underdeveloped regions and ethnic minority areas in accordance with relevant policies.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、单位负责人为同一人或存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；4、本项目专门面向小微型企业采购；
5、本次招标不接受联合投标。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (ⅲ) Different suppliers that share the same legal representative or have direct controlling/shareholding/management relationships are prohibited from participating in the same government procurement contract.(ⅳ) This procurement project is exclusively reserved for small and micro enterprises (SMEs).
(ⅴ)Joint bidding will not be accepted for this tender.
