简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目拟通过公开的方式，选取一家合格的供应商为年满65周岁及以上常住在三林镇（连续居住在三林镇6个月以上）的老年人进行免费的健康体检。预计体检人数：22500人（具体以实际人数为准）。（具体详见第三章服务需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The project intends to select a qualified supplier to conduct free health check-ups for the elderly who are 65 years old and above and live in Sanlin Town (living in Sanlin Town for more than 6 months). Estimated number of physical examinations: 22,500 (subject to the actual number). (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Service Requirements)
合同履约期限：合同签订之日起至2025年10月31日。
The Contract Period: The contract is signed from the date of signing to October 31, 2025.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业均不执行价格折扣优惠；（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and medium-sized enterprises do not implement price discounts during the review; (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织；（4）须具有卫生行政部门核发的《医疗机构执业许可证》；
（5）本项目不允许转包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; (4) Must have the "Medical Institution Practice License" issued by the health administrative department; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
