Should the Contractor fail the performance assessment or engage in activities that infringe upon the Tenderee's rights and interests, the Tenderee shall be entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Should this tender qualify for government-mandated procurement policies—such as energy-efficient product requirements, incentives for eco-friendly products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for persons with disabilities, assistance to SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), and procurement from prison or rehabilitation enterprises—relevant policies shall be strictly implemented. This procurement project is exclusively reserved for small and medium-sized suppliers.
