This tender project is the Kandym Group Fields and Booster Compressor Station in Uzbekistan, located in Karakul District, Bukhara Region, the Republic of Uzbekistan. The tenderer is China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. The project is now ready for tender, and we hereby invite your company to participate in the equipment supply tender for this project.

一、 项目概况 / Project Overview

1. 工作范围：分七个工作段，包含 53 座单井站、4 个丛井站、1 个增压站及相关管线、阀站、电力供应（变电站及输电线路）、工艺控制、信息与安全工程、道路等配套设施的建设。

Scope of Work: Divided into seven work segments, including the construction of 53 single‑well stations, 4 cluster well stations, 1 booster station, together with associated pipelines, valve stations, power supply (substations and transmission lines), process control, information and safety engineering, roads and other supporting facilities.

2. 项目工期：分为 3 个阶段：第一阶段 565 天；第二阶段 695 天；第三阶段 971 天。

Project Duration: Divided into three phases: Phase 1: 565 days; Phase 2: 695 days; Phase 3: 971 days.

二、 招标范围 / Scope of Bidding

本次招标范围为户外光缆，具体商务要求请见《乌兹别克斯坦坎德姆天然气集输项目户外光缆采购招标文件》，技术要求请见《MR‑TEL‑003_MR for FOC》。

The scope of this tender covers outdoor optical fiber cables. For detailed commercial requirements, please refer to the Bidding Document for Outdoor Optical Fiber Cables of the Kandym Group Fields and Booster Compressor Station in Uzbekistan. For technical requirements, please refer to MR‑TEL‑003_MR for FOC.

三、 投标文件递交和确认 / Bid Submission and Acknowledgement

2. 投标确认：请贵司于北京时间 2026 年 5 月 22 日 14:00 前，以签字盖章的电子扫描文件邮件形式确认是否参加本次投标。
