简要规则描述：本项目为2025年度老龄应急服务，为进一步做好镇域高龄、独居、孤老、残疾老人、失独家庭老人或其他有特殊关爱需求老人的居家养老安全工作，拟通过公开竞争性磋商的方式选择一名合格的供应商对镇域1500名高龄独居以及其他特殊困难老人开展定向服务（服务名单动态更新，服务对象封顶名额为1500人）。服务内容包括但不限于主动关怀、应急代叫、健康预警管理、越界预警管理、生活服务代预订等线上服务，以及定期开展线下健康、文娱、兴趣、智慧、科普主题活动等。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: This project is an emergency service for the elderly in 2025. In order to further improve the safety of home-based care for the elderly, solitary, disabled, elderly people who have lost their families or other elderly people with special care needs in the town, it is planned to select a qualified supplier to provide targeted services to 1,500 elderly people living alone and other elderly people with special difficulties in the town through open competitive negotiation (the service list is dynamically updated, and the number of clients is capped at 1,500). The service contents include but are not limited to online services such as active care, emergency call, health early warning management, cross-border early warning management, life service booking, and regular offline health, entertainment, interest, wisdom and popular science activities. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
合同履约期限：2025年07月01日至2026年06月30日。（本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务，如本次成交供应商非原服务单位，在此期间所产生的服务费，待项目采购完成后由成交供应商按成交价折算支付给原服务单位相应的服务费用。）
The Contract Period: From July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. (Before the completion of this procurement, the original service unit will continue to perform the service. If the supplier of this transaction is not the original service unit, the service fee generated during this period will be converted by the transaction supplier according to the transaction price and paid to the original service unit after the project procurement is completed. )
