3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1. Meet Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;

3. The supplier shall register on the China International Bidding Website in accordance with Article 38 of the Measures for the Implementation of International Bidding for Mechanical and Electrical Products; If bidding for agents, the power of attorney or product distribution agreement issued by the equipment manufacturer for this project should be provided (copy); If bidding for the equipment manufacturer, it is necessary to provide the relevant proof of legal establishment (copy). 4. If you are not included in the list of Abnormal business operations of enterprises, the list of parties involved in major tax violation cases, or the list of serious illegal and dishonest government procurement, please refer to the query results of the official website of Credit China and the website of China Government Procurement.
